Awards

More Than Just an Award

The Modular Building Institute’s annual Awards of Distinction represent some of the highest honors awarded in the modular construction industry. In addition to our Hall of Fame and Outstanding Achievement honorees, MBI member companies self-nominate projects with winners chosen by an independent panel of industry experts and presented on the final evening at World of Modular.

Take a look back at the 2024 Awards of Distinction banquet and ceremony held at the Rosen Shingle Creek Hotel & Resort in Orlando, FL.

Automated Modular Construction at 355 Sango Ct

Prefab Logic

Prefab Logic used multimedia tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and aerial drones to create a cinematic video showcasing the construction of 355 Sango Court, emphasizing teamwork between Nibbi, Prefab Logic, and Autovol. The video highlighted the innovative use of modular construction, digital twin technology, and robotics, inspiring developers to consider modular solutions. Aimed at developers skeptical of modular construction, the video was distributed on multiple platforms and successfully raised awareness, driving engagement and sparking interest in future projects.
